Is this really $189 — or does it go up at checkout?

It's $189 all-in for the 90-minute Reset Day. No add-ons required. The room rate, the IV bag, the head-spa modality — all of it is included. If you want anything else off the menu we'll quote it before you decide.

How is this different from a normal HydraFacial?

A HydraFacial alone resets your skin barrier. The Reset Day adds the IV drip (cellular hydration, fast) and the Japanese Head Spa (nervous-system reset). Most patients say it's the combination — not any one piece — that makes them sleep that night.

What if I've never been to a medspa?

You're a huge part of who we see. Brittany built the Reset Day specifically as a low-friction way for first-timers to experience Glow without committing to a corrective program. If after the day you want to come back for skin or hormones, the rest of the menu is there.

Can I bring a friend or my partner?

Reset Days are designed as solo-room experiences, but we can sometimes book two adjacent rooms back-to-back. Mention it on the booking text and we'll see what slots open.

Is my information private?

Yes — Glow uses HIPAA-compliant patient management systems. Aesthetic Record handles patient records; SMS booking nurture runs through a HIPAA-compliant GoHighLevel configuration.
